The act of dancing can be exhilarating, uninhibiting, and physically stimulating. I LOVE dancing and every time I see someone dancing I am in awe of their carefreeness. I can do that now. I couldn’t for a long time, but I truly don’t care what I look like now and wish I could find an avenue for dancing often. It’s a wonderful ability to just let your body and mind go.
