The nervous system is a powerful system that has the ability to regulate our emotions, moods, and actions. It has the ability to adjust things according to outside stimuli. This frenetic navigation system has driven me throughout my life. It is a relentless process to learn to reduce the forces that can easily divert my mind, emotions, and focus.
