I love the image of the angel and the idea that once we decide to explore untraversed lands whether emotionally or physically, we are being guided and protected by our own higher power. I like to believe that we all have our own higher power (someone suggested that I believe that), whether they have acknowledgment of it or not. It calms and eases my angst at wanting those I love to be free of any type of toxic beliefs they might have about themselves.
