Gratitude works wonders. I often cringed when I heard that word. It felt too gooey and silly. However, I know when I can truly be conscious of all the fabulous things in my life that I love, enjoy and are truly grateful for, I do find my negative mood shifts ever so slightly. It can make very bad days and extreme stress ever so manageable and not as heavy.
